Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: The Apostle of Allah (salallahu 'alaihi wassalam) said: Do not eat meat with a knife, for it is a foreign practice, but bite it, for it is more beneficial and wholesome [Hadith from Sunan Abu Dawud, Book 27, Hadith Number 3769].
