ISDEV STORY IN THE LEADER

In its September 2011 issue, The Leader (alumni magazine of Universiti Sains Malaysia) has devoted three pages for a brief history of ISDEV. Though brief, it is adequate to sense the path of the ISDEV struggle. It is as follows.
