Narrated 'Aisha, "The most beloved action to Allah's Apostle salallahu 'alaihi wassalam was that whose doer did it continuously and regularly [Hadith from the Translation od Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 76: ar-Riqaq, Hadith Number: 469].
