Recap 2019: ISDEV Public Lectures

The year 2020 is seeing numerous changes in our daily lives. However, the Centre for Islamic Development Management Studies (ISDEV), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) is determined to ensure that its pursuit of academic, research and service excellence related to Islam and the affairs of the Muslims remains a top priority.

In these uncertain days brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic forcing all to embrace the new normal, ISDEV is able to withstand these trying times by adopting, adapting and assimilating these changes - digital and online platforms - opening new horizons for ISDEV outreach.

Although the tumultuous year of 2020 is nearing its end, ISDEV takes this opportunity to take a journey down on memory lane at the ISDEV Public Lectures held for 2019. The ISDEV Public Lecture is a series of face-to-face public lectures which is open to the general public to participate in a scholarly platform.

ISDEV intends to continue providing such scholarly pursuit through ISDEV Public Lecture, now on online platform soon, with scholars and experts from within and outside the country.

In shaa Allah.
