Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would seek refuge in Allah from four things: from knowledge that does not benefit, from a heart without reverence, from a supplication that is unanswered, and from an ego that is never satisfied [Source: Sunan al-Nasā’ī 5442. Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Ahmad Shakir].

Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah did not send me to be harsh or obstinate, rather he sent me to teach and to put at ease.” [Source: Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1478. Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Muslim]
