25 Zulhijjah 1443h 

رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِنَآ اُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَۖ وَاَرِنَا مَنَاسِكَنَا وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا ۚ اِنَّكَ اَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ

Our Lord! Make us both ˹fully˺ submit to You1 and from our descendants a nation that will submit to you. Show us our rituals, and turn to us in grace. You are truly the Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful.

Wahai Tuhan kami! Jadikanlah kami berdua: orang-orang Islam (yang berserah diri) kepadaMu, dan jadikanlah daripada keturunan kami: umat Islam (yang berserah diri) kepadamu, dan tunjukkanlah kepada kami syariat dan cara-cara ibadat kami, dan terimalah taubat kami; sesungguhnya Engkaulah Maha Penerima taubat, lagi Maha Mengasihani

[al-Baqarah, 2:128]

4 Zulhijjah 1443h

مَا مِنْ أَيَّامٍ الْعَمَلُ الصَّالِحُ فِيهَا أَحَبُّ إِلَى اللَّهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأَيَّامِ يَعْنِي أَيَّامَ الْعَشْرِ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ قَالَ وَلَا الْجِهَادُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ خَرَجَ  بِنَفْسِهِ وَمَالِهِ فَلَمْ يَرْجِعْ مِنْ ذَلِكَ بِشَيْء

“There is no virtue more to the liking of Allah in any day than in these days, that is, the first ten days of Dhu al-Hijjah. They (the Companions) asked: Messenger of Allah, not even the struggle in the path of Allah (Jihad)? He said: (Yes), not even the struggle in the path of Allah, except a man who goes out (in the path of Allah) with his life and property, and does not return with any of them.”

“Tidak ada hari yang mana amal soleh dilakukan padanya lebih dicintai oleh Allah daripada sepuluh hari ini (awal Zulhijjah).” Mereka berkata; Wahai Rasulullah! Tidak juga berjihad di jalan Allah? Baginda SAW berkata: “Tidak juga berjihad di jalan Allah melainkan seseorang itu keluar dengan jiwa dan hartanya kemudian dia tidak kembali (syahid) dengan membawa sesuatu pun.”
