Suhaib reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: Strange are the ways of a believer for there is good in every affair of his and this is not the case with anyone else except in the case of a believer for if he has an occasion to feel delight, he thanks (God), thus there is a good for him in it, and if he gets into trouble and shows resignation (and endures it patiently), there is a good for him in it [Reference: Sahih Muslim, 2999].

ISDEV Director Prof. Muhammad Syukri Salleh said the publication of the books by DBP is expected to contribute to the development of the society with Islamic values. He added that what was more remarkable was that all the 12 books were the results of the hard work and persistent commitment given by ISDEV members under the strict guidance and advice from the professional team of DBP's editors.

The process in the makings of these books started as early as January 2012, and with the close rapport forged between ISDEV members and DBP's editors, these books were successfully completed within the prescribed period of time albeit the struggles and juggling of various responsibilities that each ISDEV member had to handle. With this display of ability, working hard within the time frame prescribe, ISDEV is confident of producing more scholarly books for the market with a target of 20 books to be published by early next year.

A NAS A WEEK - 4 RABBI'UL AWWAL 1435
O you who have believed, let not a people ridicule [another] people; perhaps they may be better than them; nor let women ridicule [other] women; perhaps they may be better than them. And do not insult one another and do not call each other by [offensive] nicknames. Wretched is the name of disobedience after [one's] faith. And whoever does not repent - then it is those who are the wrongdoers (al-Hujurat, 49:11).
